Usage & Device Data
- IP address, device identifiers, browser/OS type, pages viewed, referring URLs, App events
- Cookies, local storage, pixels for authentication, analytics, fraud prevention, and preferences
User-Generated Content
- Memorial pages (photos, stories, guestbook entries) that you submit for public display
Children

- Provide, personalize, and deliver subscriptions, letters, gifts, and memorial pages

Public memorial content you choose to publish may be indexed by search engines.

- Account, order, and transaction records: retained while your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting, and legal compliance
- Support tickets: typically up to 24 months
- Memorial pages: remain published until you delete or request removal
- We may anonymize data for statistical use

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time (does not affect prior processing).
Transfers: your data may be processed in the U.S. We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.
9) California Privacy (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not “sell” or “share” Personal Information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may request:

10) Mobile Apps
For Dog Letters mobile apps (iOS/Android), we may process: device/OS info, push-notification tokens, crash logs, and in-app events for functionality and improvement. Permissions (e.g., camera/storage) are requested only when needed and can be managed in your device settings. App use is also governed by Apple App Store and Google Play policies.

Our Services may link to third-party sites/apps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing data.
